Late last night we were able to rescue this sweet and handsome boy from being slaughtered.

A former classmate from highschool contacted me after his family was planning on killing one of their roosters and eating him for dinner. My friend felt the rooster deserved to live because he was so tame and sweet. He remembered that I rescued animals and so he reached out to me! (Thank you Carlos!)

Today we dropped off “Cluck Norris” at his new home at @vargasranchrescue ! They are an amazing 501(c)(3) focused on rescuing livestock animals. They are currently working on expanding so that they will be able to take in more animals who are in need! Please support them for all the hard work they do by giving them a follow, and donating if you are in a position to do so!

They were found without a mom and had to be bottle fed! They have been at the shelter ever since and are waiting patiently for a home to call their own…

✨☪️ADOPTED☪️✨

Bailey was rescued off the streets of Mexico. She had been abandoned, severely neglected and we suspect abused. We teamed up with our friends at @kattykorneranimalrescue and we’re able to cross her over the boarder into the US where she had a better chance at finding her furrever home.

She was extremely shy, timid, and was terrified of absolutely everything. But , with lots of TLC, her personality began to shine through and she started to slowly trust humans again.

She was happily adopted by a wonderful family who gives her all the attention and love she deserves. The last three pictures are her at her new home!

We are so happy for this sweet girl!

I am so excited to announce that after many many months of behind the scenes work, we are an OFFICAL 501c3 NON PROFIT CHARITY!

I am beyond excited for this as we can continue growing and expanding now more then ever. All donations are now tax deductible and our website as well as various donation platforms are officially up and running!

Although I have been beating myself up feeling as if this is long overdue, I’m just grateful we are finally offical. I am still only 19 so I have trust that all is unfolding in perfect divine timing and that i’m exactly where I’m meant to be at this time. ✨

All of your support truly means so much and I wouldn’t be here today if it wasn’t for you all supporting my rescue work. So thank you!

As Taliban takes over Afghanistan, the staff and animals at Nowzad animal rescue shelter ( @nowzadrescue ) in Kabul are now in immediate danger!!!

The founder of Nowzad, Pen Farthing (ex british commander @penfarthing ) is begging UK government to offer asylum to his staff and their families. He is refusing to return to UK alone and leaving everyone behind.

Operation Ark has now been launched and they have less then 72 hours to raise $200K to charter an aircraft to pick up their 98 dogs, 89 cats, as well as their staff and families to safety. These people have dedicated their lives to rescuing sick, injured and abandoned animals and deserve to get to safety!

They desperatly need our help by raising awareness and donating if you are in a position to do so. They have crates for all the animals ready to go. We need to make this happen!!!

While I believe we should celebrate Earth Day each and everyday, I wanted to take this opportunity to talk about something very important... With global warming on the rise and countless other issues the world is facing today, I believe education is the key to preventing any further damage being done.

Animal agriculture is the #1 leading cause of deforestation, species extinction, water consumption and ocean ‘dead zones’. It’s also responsible for emitting more greenhouse gases than the whole transportation industry combined!

BEFORE you scroll and think this is just another typical ‘bashing people for eating meat’ post, I want people to know that I understand how meat can be difficult to give up. It’s part of our lives, our cultures, and long held traditions. But that doesn’t mean you can’t take any steps in the right direction.

If you eat meat on a regular basis and don’t plan on going plant based anytime soon but want to help,try cutting out one type of meat from your diet, or go one day out of the week where you don’t consume any animal products... Then up that to twice a week and so forth. You can save 8 animals per month just by ‘cutting down’ on how much meat you consume. Ditch the all or nothing attitude and know that small changes really do make a huge impact!

If you eat meat, know that you are just as welcomed on this page as any one else!
I know this post may get hate, because many people believe that going plant based is effortless and everybody must do it right away- and while I completly understand their passion & urgency, I also know that by that kind of attitude, people tend to shut it out completly.

My hope is that by sharing informative posts like these and with encouragement rather than attacking or criticizing, you will feel more open to this lifestyle and maybe start making some small changes towards it. And what better day to start than on Earth Day?!

If your plant based already, I want to thank you for helping to protect the animals and the environment every single day. Your dedication doesn’t go unnoticed. 💕

When I first rescued Gracie, I was only 15 years old and she was only 106lbs. Grace came from a dairy farm and I still remember the night we rescued her so vividly. The first pic is from that night. She was so small and fragil that I had to pick her up and carry her out. I remember feeling so awful having to leave behind the others just like her. But at the same time, I was just so thankful to have her in my arms- knowing that she was forever safe.

I would’ve never thought that this small, sick dairy calf would make such an impact on my life...and thousands of other people as well. Souls like her are the reason I continue to do what I do. And I am forever grateful to @farmanimalrefuge for giving her such a safe and loving place to call home. 🤍

I’ve spent most of my life feeling very shy, mis

I’ve spent most of my life feeling very shy, misunderstood and afraid to speak up.

From being bullied in school when I was younger, to being abused in a previous relationship, to my one and only best friend passing away suddenly.

My anxiety and self medicated ptsd led me to self sabotage everything in my life. By either the attitude of “go go go” and burning myself out or, simply not doing anything at all for months. & no matter how hard I wanted to fix it, I couldn’t.

In the beginning of last year, with the help of my best friend, I took a huge step in the right direction. I was finally able to face and accept something very painful that had happened in my life, & by doing so, it kickstarted my long journey of self healing that I put off for so long.

By healing I don’t mean everything turning into rainbows and sunshine. By healing I mean finally forcing myself to confront things I had buried up, and feeling utterly hopeless and weak for months and months on end. In this process though, my connection with the universe and myself blossomed. Spiritual awakenings are no fun by any means, but they are life changing.

Then my best friend passed away & I don’t think I will ever be able to fully move past that. Having her as my new spirit guide has been a hard transition, but one of the biggest blessings of my life at the same time. It was because she helped me heal prior, that i’m able to see and find comfort in that.

I have come to not only understand why we must endure so many challenges in this lifetime, but welcome it. It brings us the opportunity to rise up and be better then we were. A quote I love is, “If you’re comfortable , you’re not growing.” As much as I don’t want to admit it, failure is a part of the process. Instead of fearing it, i’m learning how to embrace it. I’m dedicated to growing and being the best I can be everyday.

I named my organization Healing Souls Rescue as a reminder of all of this, and to share the importance of not only healing and saving others, but healing your own soul in the process as well.

I want to thank all of you for always supporting me...We have a lot of things in the works and I can’t wait to share.🤍🐾🧚🏼‍♂️✨

🤎Baby squirrel rescue🤎

Yesterday my dad found this baby squirrel in extreme distress, shaking, and very malnourished. He did the right thing to do in any situation involving a possible orphaned wild animal and waited patiently to make sure mom really wasn’t anywhere to be found... Often times when there is a supposedly “orphaned” animal, mom is nearby and is just waiting for a safe opportunity to bring them back home. Taking them before you are certain they are orphaned can cause a lot more problems then necessary!

Unfortunately for this girl, her mom never came back. We got her on a heating pad asap, checked for any wounds, and got her hydrated. Today, we dropped her off with Project Wildlife, where she will be rehabilitated and once she’s ready, released back into the wild where she was first found. Can’t thank Project Wildlife enough for all they do for these guys!

As cute as this baby is, it is so incredibly important to not try to care for any wild animals yourself. Especially orphaned babies who need extra care. If you ever come across a wild baby animal , please be CERTAIN before “rescuing” them that they are in fact an orphan. If you are certain, make sure you immediately seek professional help by calling your local humane society or project wildlife near you!
